YRB Magazine & American Apothecary are Keen on Being Green!

 

Check out the April/May issue of YRB Magazine (issue 202)! American Apothecary CEO Matthew Kronenberg, and Lead Designer Anastasia Fokina are currently featured in the eco-friendly edition of YRB Magazine.  The article entitled, “Design at Work” spotlights 8 different environmentally conscious brands and their designers.

American Apothecary prides itself on promoting fashion with a purpose; that purpose being awareness, education and social commentary.  Matthew and Anastasia both agree that while being eco-friendly is not cheap the benefits far out way the cost. Reducing our carbon footprint while making insanely dope clothing is what we’re here to do!

When asked why YRB chose American Apothecary Darius Baptist, YRB Co-Creative/Fashion Director responded,

“After my very first encounter with American Apothecary, I was an instant fan. I appreciate the concept behind the brand, and I love what they continually produce. When I found out it was an eco-friendly brand as well, that was icing on the cake. I knew it had to be part of this issue.”
